Frequently asked question

How do we find the way to the Villa from the nice airport?
Our website has instructions on the best route to and from the villa.Just click on ‘location’ and select what you need. It makes sense to print out the instructions before you travel and to bring several copies with you for visitors and late arrivals.
If you get confused en route to the villa for the first time, however, please find a road junction or something else that establishes clearly where you are. Then telephone our housekeeper and state your location to enable her to guide you the rest of the way. It is a simple route and easy to follow.
How can we make sure that the housekeeper will be at the Villa on our arrival?
Please telephone our representative as soon as you collect your hire car (or if you are travelling in your own car, two junctions before you leave the autoroute A8) so that the housekeeper will have plenty of time to meet you upon your arrival at the property and complete the check-in procedure.
What is the check in and check out procedure?
The housekeeper will show you around the villa and draw your attention to important matters than could affect your enjoyment of the property and otherwise cause you additional expense. These include garbage disposal, thermostats that the toilets accept only human waste and toilet paper – avoid at all times putting anything else down the toilet that may block the septic tank, which costs at least 500 Euros to put right. She will also remind you of the importance of keeping the premises secure by closing the entrance gates each time you enter or leave the property, setting the alarms and locking doors and windows. Your attention will be drawn to the need to keep a careful watch on children in or near the swimming pool, notwithstanding that a security fence is in place. The housekeeper holds a cheque made out in your name for the amount of your security deposit, which she will hand to you on your final departure if the villa is left in good order.
