Booking Procedure

  1. Click on Enquiry form and fill details can also view rates.
  2. Click on auto response e- mail or immediately go to booking form.
  3. To book on line follow the simple instructions. Fill the booking form print and submit having accepted our term of conditions and disclaimer forms.
  4. To Pay your deposit and the final payment you will need to use a verification code that will be sent to your mobile phone. It is important when filling in your booking form to use your correct mobile phone number including your international area code ie +44 for UK as this is where the code will be sent.When attempting to book the property via this website we will send you a verification code by SMS to the mobile number you have provided.
    You will need to enter this code before you can access the booking area of the website.
    If you do NOT have a mobile number please enter you land line in the booking form and we will contact you.
    We have incorporated this additional step into the booking process to enhance transaction security.
  5. If you have difficulty at any stage to book on line please send us your details so that we can fill the form on your behalf. We need following.

    • Full name and address including postal or Zip code
    • Mobile number including international code
    • Number of people occupying. How many children under two
  6. On receipt of the deposit (choose method of payments)you will receive e-mail stating the booking is made. The balance of the payment is due 8 weeks before occupancy, a reminder e-mail will follow.
    Please note that if you choose to pay by PayPal or a credit card either through our website or through HomeAway website any charges incurred will be deducted form the refundable deposit.However, if you transfer the funds by wire or post a cheque to us there are no additional charges.
    We use www.xe.com converter to change the currency from Euros to GBP or US dollars.
  7. On receipt of the final payment along with a security deposit of 1000 euros you will then receive an auto e-mail showing confirmed booking status.
    The final settlement security deposit will be returned within two weeks.provided there are no damages,please inform us during checkout procedure if there are any damages. If any of the remote controls are missing or damaged they will be charged.
