We do not provide a detailed inventory of the contents, or expect the client to check a long list of contents upon arrival, believing it reasonable to trust the client to look after everything in the property and to volunteer to our representative any damage or loss caused.
However, during the changeover process, to ensure you are not charged for any loss, damage or deficiency for which you are not responsible, our representative will note any existing loss or damage or shortcoming to the contents than cannot be rectified in time for your arrival and draw it to your attention and list it below:

Cleanliness:
We ask you to acknowledge that all the rooms you are using at the villa, the swimming pool and its surroundings, and the bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, cooking utensils, cookers and refrigerators, are clean and in good order upon your arrival.
